We've been with Termguard, Redback Pest (now Flick ) for 19+years. We had an annual inspection yesterday (after multiple reschedules - the office is a nightmare to deal with). Margaret was amazing though and very helpful and quick to sort the mess.

Just a word of caution - if it is occupied - exclusions apply just dont know to what extent it affects warranty - more of a safety net for Flick - the exclusions on our Report state - insulation, roof sarking, shrubs in garden and stored items in wardrobes and around the home - so basically all of these should be absent for inspections and skirtings clear for access. For almost 17 years all was good on the Reports but past couple years - these are exclusions have appeared and seem like a sneaky way of voiding warranty - considering roof sarking and insulation are a Council /State governed requirement (BASIX) under the Building Code.

Mark gets 5/5 stars but flick could do better with their cost and quality of service 2/5 for the company the first time we treated our home we had someone who was inexperienced and our initial appointment needed to be cancelled. Was disappointed as we had to take leave to ensure someone was home flick had to reschedule on the day.

We recently had Flick carry out a termite inspection and chemical application for our termite system on our premises.The technician Jaryd who attended , was very thorough and meticulous during the inspection process. Jaryd also patiently answered all of our questions in a professional manner.We would definitely be using the services of Flick again in the future.
