After discovering the smell of something dead in our roof space (which we couldn't find ourselves) we made an appointment with Flick Canberra for someone to come and help us locate the source. Our technician Jake came the next day. He called ahead and was on time. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to get into our awkward roof space to find the dead rat. He found and extracted the dead rat and gave us tips on how to stop them getting into the space. Access was difficult and Jake did a fantastic job. We wouldn't hesitate to get him back if we require any pest control or advice in the future.

Just had Clint McNamara here from Flick Ballina and can say he made it a pleasant experience. First he came and inspected the site and listened carefully as to what I had planned, rang his employer to confirm and told me how they were going to go about it. After emails with price etc Clint came back today to complete.He again ran through with me exactly what he was going to do and then got straight into it completing in a couple of hours. Thanks Clint.
