Really happy with Ivan who visited our house today he is very Knowledgeable and a great person to ask questions. He was friendly and was happy to answer all my queries. Highly recommend him.

Had Andrew service my property, both inside and outside treatment. Friendly, quick and thorough.Even the customer service was good. Explained my situation in which I wasn't currently staying at my place (pet sitting an elderly dog). They offered to give me a call 30 minutes before arrival, which Andrew did.

We returned home to our townhouse after having spent 2 months overseas. There was a putrid smell coming from the kitchen so we alerted the Strata Manager who sent some pest control people to check out the place. They said probably a rat died between bricks and nothing could be done. A few days later the smell was getting worse and we had big black flies in the kitchen so again we contacted the Strata Manager and 2 other pest control people came but they also could not find anything.By that time the flies were starting to get into the lounge and dining room and I was ready to move out of the house!!!!My husband phoned the Strata Manager again and he gave my husband the phone number of Flick Pest Control. They sent a young man named Abraham straight away. It took Abraham less then 10 minutes to work out there was a dead possum that fell from the roof into a cavity at the back of one of our cupboards!My husband told him he should have his nose insured he is so good! After that I disinfected the house and thanks to Abraham we have resumed a normal life!Veronique W.

Andrew attended today our house for termite traps check and spray. He was very helpful and took time to explain why I got the visit from two separate teams today, which was not what I expected. But Andrew called the office and clarified everything to me. He also provided me with the advice what to do in the future if some of the insects (flies) come back again. Finally Andrew answered all my other questions regarding the treatment he was providing today too. Very professional and very polite service. Thank you.

Paul was on time, friendly, professional, and very thorough. He did the termite inspection, and sprayed inside and outside for pests, including a couple of sheds on the property. Well I cannot speak highly enough of this team Clint McNamara and Gav Skinner both were very professional knowledgeable and respectful we have a bit going on in our lives and only found the problem due to an accident in the home I FLICK a call and they were here the next day they instantly put me at ease told me in full detail what was going on and how the process would be implemented they were always here at the time they set, They jumped straight into it when they arrived and got things done they definitely saved me from a few tears I highly recommend the FLICK team .We live in a village and I have already been asked by a couple of our neighbors we're we happy with the boys my answer to that ecstatic and have now been asked to share their details Flick you should be very proud you have a great team behind you and will definitely be sharing your details with all my neighbors 😊

Great service. Good communication leading up to the treatment. Thorne explained the internal treatment and barrier treatments before starting at the end of a 5 and 1/2 hour process. He did a great job.

After discovering the smell of something dead in our roof space (which we couldn't find ourselves) we made an appointment with Flick Canberra for someone to come and help us locate the source. Our technician Jake came the next day. He called ahead and was on time. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to get into our awkward roof space to find the dead rat. He found and extracted the dead rat and gave us tips on how to stop them getting into the space. Access was difficult and Jake did a fantastic job. We wouldn't hesitate to get him back if we require any pest control or advice in the future.

Termite barrier treatment done. There was 2 technicians Brendan and Damian they were fast, friendly and professional. Having the 2 was great as it was quick and done ✅

I had two other companies come out for the termites in my house and not get rid of them, even though they dithered about for a couple of years, with who knows how much extra damage. I got Flick in and they were a completely different story, got rid of the termites in a matter a few months, just another level of knowledge and professional standards. Can't recommend them highly enough. Marc O'Donnell was the technician and he did a great job.
