Last week we had our annual inspection by Flick Port Macquarie. This time a technician we hadn't met before showed up. His name was Tighe. What a terrific young man. He was polite, friendly, and quite happy to explain any aspect of the job to us. He appeared very professional and efficient at his job. We feel very comfortable having Flick and Tighe look after our home.

Not sure what's with all the negative reviews. We got told someone (can't remember his name) will show up at 7:30 to spray our unit and he showed up at that time and did the job. There's now a significant decrease in pests around the home. Simple and easy. Thank you

We had a scare with a new property that showed pest damage that wasn't in the building and pest report we had done before contract exchange. Flick Canberra were able to get someone out to us very quickly, and Ben was very helpful in giving the house and garden a thorough inspection, allaying fears of a major structural issue. He mapped out a management plan for us, was extremely courteous and communicated clearly. Very happy with the service from Ben.

Flick Cairns service recovery was excellent. Hayden, and his apprentice Kilany, have restored my Faith in Flick. Professional, informative and thorough. I feel 100% better, now that issues were resolved quickly and up to a top level.Thank you.

I have used Flick Pest Control Brisbane South for years. What prompted this review is the outstanding service from my technician, Paul Beaton. Paul was on time, friendly, professional, and very thorough. He did the termite inspection, and sprayed inside and outside for pests, including a couple of sheds on the property. Gave me an expert advise on how termite protection should be done, gave me an overview of the system they can offer, though it doesn't come cheap, I'm completely sold about the system and the product. Decided to do it, and OlI couldn't be happier and satisfied. instant Peace of mind. After discovering the smell of something dead in our roof space (which we couldn't find ourselves) we made an appointment with Flick Canberra for someone to come and help us locate the source. Our technician Jake came the next day. He called ahead and was on time. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to get into our awkward roof space to find the dead rat. He found and extracted the dead rat and gave us tips on how to stop them getting into the space. Access was difficult and Jake did a fantastic job. We wouldn't hesitate to get him back if we require any pest control or advice in the future.

The BEST service. Hayden is a lovely young man who is extremely thorough. Using any company other than Flick is a waste of your money and time - been there, done that!

I had two other companies come out for the termites in my house and not get rid of them, even though they dithered about for a couple of years, with who knows how much extra damage. I got Flick in and they were a completely different story, got rid of the termites in a matter a few months, just another level of knowledge and professional standards. Can't recommend them highly enough. Marc O'Donnell was the technician and he did a great job.
