Had a mass ant infestation in my car, and give them a call on a Friday at about 4:30pm and I needed to have the car ready by Saturday 8am. The person receiving the call was amazing and organised someone to come at 6am on Saturday. Mitch, the technician, was there on time start doing his job on the car, until he found the ant's colony and applied the treatment. The car has now been ants free for the past 3 months. Thanks you. We built our house with Flick Termite protection and is due for our yearly inspection. Mark Newman came to do our timber inspection and he is very professional in his work. We were suppose to receive a general pest treatment as well but because of the weather, he recommended to reschedule it so we can get the most out of the treatment. I asked him a lot of questions about pests inside and outside the house and he is very knowledgeable. I asked him further about termites and he took the time to explain and show me how they eventually damage a house. It only shows that he loves what he does as there is not one thing that annoyed him. Flick is very lucky to have him.

Today we had our yearly routine inspection with technician, Mark Newman. A few years ago, we took advantage of a payment plan offered by Flick, so that when our inspections or top ups are due, they are already paid for. I was sent a reminder email when our inspection was due to be booked in. When booking, Flick was more than happy to accommodate my limited availability, and I was as able to book a time for the following week. On the day, we received a phone call and an email, confirming when Mark was on his way. Mark was friendly and respectful. I was especially impressed when he arrived and changed into some clean moccasins to wear, while he carried out the inside portion of the inspection. This attention to detail speaks to his work, work ethics, and professionalism. He thoroughly completed the inspection in a timely manner and communicated our next steps with me, effectively. Our overall experience was fantastic, as it has been for the past 9 years, and I would highly recommend Flick to my own family and friends.
