I am so happy with the service from Flick. Moving house is stressful enough and unlike many trades, there were no hidden fees, add ons or female tax.They arranged services for my new place, even picking up the keys from my real estate to make sure my new home was ready for me, then sorted out my old place - making sure the house was fully secured before they left as I couldn’t be there.They checked in with me before and after both services. The reports were issued immediately.I felt heard, respected and worked with. 100% using again.

When we called for information the lovely Gabrielle helped us with lita if information and advice, then Joe came out and sprayed our new to us home and was very helpful and informative. Totally recommend him and this company.

Michael came and took care of my place first yesterday morning 7/4/25 so that I could leave for a job which was super nice and then he actually took his shoes off before entering the premises without even being asked. He was very friendly with excellent customer service and very respectful of the tenants, knocking on doors before opening them etc. please look after this great member of your staff as he is a true rare gem. Had the best pest control service done by Scott B who was efficient, friendly, and communicated every step of the way as well as what to expect and the after care of the treatment. He even checked in a few days later and came out again to inspect that the treatment was working effectively. 10/10 Fantastic service!

Kathy at the Launceston branch was fantastic, cannot recommend highly enough. Absolutely the most knowledgeable & helpful person I dealt with but also the nicest person to deal with in regard to my pest problem. She treated with complete respect & listened to what I had to say, offered many alternatives and suggestions which the other Pest Control companies I called did not and to be honest made me feel a bit like an idiot and I was being paranoid. I understand it's easy to become a bit blase when it's your everyday but when it's happening to me, and you have a pest issue it's my world and panic sets in!A big kudos to Kathy for being such an excellent Customer Service professional.

New review for 2025 - Ahmed Shmeissem was also a good technician. went to our house and did everything. including explaining all the stuff to note, all the ifs and buts if I we need for certain conditions. If you guys are thinking of getting their service. look for Ahmed.Peter Bell was professional and did an amazing job. explained in detail what will happen, what to avoid and what to do right after. knows the business and his job and extremely pleasant specialist.
