He conducted a thorough termite & pest inspection, completed the annual spray, refreshed and baited the rodent stations, and went out of his way to relocate our back-to-base monitoring sensors to better locations. Ben was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step of the process. His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. I had Matthew Beard come out to the house as the amount of spiders we had everywhere was despicable! He was so lovely and friendly and I felt comfortable with him in the house as I worked. Haven't seen a spider (or any other critter) in months! Highly recommend 🙂

Thank you Flick for your fast and dedicated service. We always use Flick for our annual sprays/gels/pastes which successfully keeps the insects, ants and cockroaches out of the house and yard. For the first time in over 5 years of living here we saw a rodent inside our house on Sunday and knew we would require a rodent treatment asap. I called Flick first thing Monday morning to add a rodent treatment to our plan as we never thought we would need one before. Thank you to Darren who came to install the rodent boxes and smart monitor 24 hours later. Very grateful they sent someone out so fast. We were anxious with a crawling baby and didn’t want to wait long for a treatment. Thank you to the kind lady who answered my call to book the service and for Darren who was so thorough, clean, professional and knowledgeable. Really appreciate his extensive insights and helpful tips about trimming the tree branches in the yard so the rodents cannot gain access to the roof.
