I was impressed with my termite inspection this year. The inspector, Mark Newman, was professional and efficient. I was glad that Mark was able to show me reports from previous annual inspection and also outline expectations for the next year's visit.

Brayden F came to reinstall the rodent baits. He was very knowledgeable and catering to our needs. He showed us that the baits were effective and walked around the perimeter of the house to see any entrance points which we have now closed off.

Asked me if there is anything specific I might be concerned about.Explained what he is going to do, how it will be done and how long it takes.Even suggested the best way to manage my ever curious corgi.... and picked up pup's water bowl so no chemicals get into it!Give the man a medal!
