I think it has to do with any type of services you get. If you get good and courteous tradies or people in general it's good. We had for our yearly pest/termite inspection -Ben and Oualid - they were great, efficient and courteous - no problems there. I would recommend to get them every year - Ron

You are almost too good, once the home has been there is literally no issues with unwanted pests.
