Brad was friendly, calm, and knowledgeable in talking to us about our wasps. He was patient with us, and was able to allay our concerns about chemical safety.It is now a week on, and the wasps from the nest in our walls haven't returned.Hopefully I never have to see you again Brad, but you were great!
