What a nightmare! Inherited this pest control company when we bought our house. The first 6 months were great, showed up when they said, technician Jason was lovely and knowledgable. Then they changed systems and our card wasn't transferred across - got told the week before Xmas that we owed 6 months worth of invoices. Every time I tried to call to pay them I was on hold, no one would call back, the customer service couldn't help me and needed accounts but I never received a call back. 2 weeks later I'd get another email reminder and the process would start again. This went on for 4 months and interestingly an unexplained charge had come out on my card, so they must have had my card details. After many more issues I cancelled our contract but continued getting emails and we've since had a technician show up that hadn't been advised. Terrible communication, terrible system, no accountability just passed from one person to another, would not recommend!

If you want a thorough pest extermination. Ask for Toby!!! Our home was cockroach infested especially in the kitchen. Toby came along and left no stone unturned. Inside and outside the house. He is courteous, respectful and knowledgeable at what he does best. Since he came. We hadn’t seen cockroach run around our kitchen spanning a month except for maybe one or two near the end but just in time for his second visit. You can’t get anymore fair dinkum than my mate Toby. Thank you brother!!!

I highly recommend using this company for all your needs. Now while the one off payment for a full service is great. From my experience the monthly fee is the best way to go. I use to do my own but not as effective. And the monthly fee is affordable and definitely worth while. If you have any issues all year round they come out straight away. This has been most effect way to go. Not only that. The level of service I have had from this company far exceeded my expectations. I have over the years called or emailed and get a response straight away 24/7(even on weekends) And that level of customer service has been provided by Karen Williamson excels in every way, Karen is not only lovely to deal with but polite and professional. the highest to attention and detail, Very thorough in his job the technician William graham, Not only a polite person great customer service too. He noticed we have children in the house and didn’t put things in place where a child might access it so considering the safety for them while making my home protect from any bug and pest. On top of that William explains everything you need to know about the service he provided. These 2 people have been the key factor to making my experience not only in pest control but in any businesses I have dealt with in my time exceptionally high. But in saying that I have had no problems with any of the people I’ve dealt with in flick.

Zac removed a live bird from my wall cavity!
I am so grateful to Zac from Flick Canberra who responded quickly, thoughtfully and professionally to my request to have a live bird, stuck in my wall cavity, removed humanely. He worked out exactly where the bird was and cut a very small hole in the wall board, using his jacket to carefully catch the bird and set it free outside. He even sent me a photo of him and the bird! I have also included photos of the small hole he cut to show how well he was able to pinpoint the bird’s precise location in the wall cavity.

Used Flick Newcastle for the first time in September 2025 & was very impressed. The technician Joshua Eden was extremely thorough & particularly paid attention to my 89-year-old mother's concerns. There has been no signs of any pests since the treatment. Not the cheapest service available, however would absolutely recommend.

Last week we had our annual inspection by Flick Port Macquarie. This time a technician we hadn't met before showed up. His name was Tighe. What a terrific young man. He was polite, friendly, and quite happy to explain any aspect of the job to us. He appeared very professional and efficient at his job. We feel very comfortable having Flick and Tighe look after our home.
