Mark Panzera did my most recent termite inspection and I have to say he was very thorough.He pointed out things that have never been shown to me before.Like that the hot water system has a valve that drips back onto the house which causes moisture which attracts termites, he suggested I cut a length of hose to put onto outlet to lead the drip away from home and other tips.He has a very good customer service manner.I mention how good he was at his job at the end and it was only then he gave me the review card.He almost left without giving it to me.

To say my expectations have been exceeded is a large understatement thanks to the outstanding service received by technician Mark Panzera. I’ve been battling the most appalling display of neglect from both Property Management and their incompetent circus of pest control due to a six month infestation of pests/parasites. Despite my persistence and pleas for help, a few brief visits from a careless guy with a can of ‘chemicals’, and much belittling, Mark showed up as both a consummate professional and an understanding, decent human being. His willingness to impart his professional knowledge while efficiently and effectively inspecting the premises thoroughly are qualities difficult to put a price on.I can confidently affirm for the first time in an overwhelming six month nightmare that the solution has been both identified and implemented thoughtfully and with expertise.Flick Pest Control are worth every penny and this is primarily due to Mark’s care and professionalism demonstrated today. I must also mention Jennifer Hoy who’s brilliant customer care not only made today happen, but gave me much needed peace of mind in knowing that I was finally in the hands of true professionals.I hope senior management at Flick are aware of their outstanding representatives who make their business the obvious choice for anyone suffering the horrors of pest infestation.An immediate pay rise and overseas holiday are small rewards I insist on for both Mark and Jennifer for returning me peace of mind and a well-.overdue good night’s sleep.

Excellent service. We had a suspected termite issue and general pest service, and were looked after by Ben. Turned up on time and gave us really good communication and level of information, plus some above n beyond advice to keep our place safe from pests. Ben clearly knows his stuff and we'll definitely be a returning customer (hopefully not for at least 12 months!)

He was polite, friendly, and quite happy to explain any aspect of the job to us. He appeared very professional and efficient at his job. We feel very comfortable having Flick and Tighe look after our home.

We had a scare with a new property that showed pest damage that wasn't in the building and pest report we had done before contract exchange. Flick Canberra were able to get someone out to us very quickly, and Ben was very helpful in giving the house and garden a thorough inspection, allaying fears of a major structural issue. He mapped out a management plan for us, was extremely courteous and communicated clearly. Very happy with the service from Ben.
