Mark the technician was amazing. He was courteous, prompts and kept us informed of the arrival time. I must say that I am disappointed with the company in that I wanted a PM appointment which the operator confirmed only to be notified the day before it was in the now in the AM.

Flick have been doing our pest inspections since we moved in in 2018. They are flexible, responsive and have excellent customer service. Jeremy has been our technician a few times now and he is amazing. Knowledgeable and kind.

Cailem was fantastic today doing a rodent pest control for us. He went into the roof and tied down all the baits. Instead of just throwing them in. Also did a great job of the perimeter of our house. Highly recommend and will definitely ask for Cailem again for our next inspection.

We had a good experience with this company yesterday, where they showed us they were a very ethical business. We called them urgently to look at some termites that we discovered. When they found out that we had previously installed a chemical barrier with another company they told us we were better off calling the company who did the barrier as it would be under warranty. Besides this they offered decent advice and I would recommend them to others.

Matthew and his off sider Simon have completed a pest treatment of the common areas and individual apartments of our building today. They arrived on time, worked well and quickly asked about any particular issues to deal with, were responsive to issues, courteous and obliging. Matthew seemed very knowledgeable about pest treatments. We were very impressed and happy with the service today.

Last week we had our annual inspection by Flick Port Macquarie. This time a technician we hadn't met before showed up. His name was Tighe. What a terrific young man. He was polite, friendly, and quite happy to explain any aspect of the job to us. He appeared very professional and efficient at his job. We feel very comfortable having Flick and Tighe look after our home.

We had a scare with a new property that showed pest damage that wasn't in the building and pest report we had done before contract exchange. Flick Canberra were able to get someone out to us very quickly, and Ben was very helpful in giving the house and garden a thorough inspection, allaying fears of a major structural issue. He mapped out a management plan for us, was extremely courteous and communicated clearly. Very happy with the service from Ben.
