We have a Termguard management system and were honestly about to jump ship to another company after being disappointed with previous services. However, Eva from the termite warranty department reached out, walked us through the risks, and promised: "I will take care of you!”
I am so happy we listened! We looked back at our previous reports, and the difference this time was night and day. Eva was a total professional, she handled the process perfectly and actually explained exactly what we needed to do. She also gave us helpful tips about spiders and how to keep the bugs away!!!!!!!!!
It’s been about a month now, and we’ve seen close to no spiders! Because of this experience, we’ve even added our other properties for service. If you want your service done right, call Eva and request Tiernin, he was fantastic with our termite inspection and pest control. Thank you team!
