I think it has to do with any type of services you get. If you get good and courteous tradies or people in general it's good. We had for our yearly pest/termite inspection -Ben and Oualid - they were great, efficient and courteous - no problems there. I would recommend to get them every year - Ron

This type of service has been consistent since I've been with you guys, last year I had a rodent appear in my garage and with very short notice someone was out here dealing with the issue. You are almost too good, once the home has been there is literally no issues with unwanted pests.

I had Paul S. from Flick Pest Control come out today for our termite inspection and general pest control service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He arrived right on time and Paul was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough.
He took the time to walk me through the inspection process step by step. He even pointed out a potential issue I hadn’t noticed and gave me some recommendations and prevention tips to keep the home protected. The service itself was quick and clean. I highly recommend Flick Pest Control.

We love Ramón! Our Strata arranged for our common areas to be sprayed & Flick offered a great deal to treat the inside of our property if we so choose - the deal was too good to pass up so we took them up on it & SO glad we did. Ramón knocked on our door, introduced himself & gave us the option to be first or last in the timeline of their visit… I excitedly chose to be first. From the very start he was polite, professional & warm. Throughout our interactions Ramón was interested in our findings & requests. He took time to completely understand any questions or concerns & went the extra mile to educate & inform us. Speaking of going the extra mile… Ramón took every step & bent over backward to ensure our place was thoroughly treated, inside & out. He used an array of types of treatments & customized the best solution for every nook & cranny. We’ve used a couple other exterminators in the past who we thought were pretty darn good but Ramón left them in the dust by a long shot. When we use Flick again, which we will, we’ll definitely be requesting Ramón - even though I understand he falls under the commercial arm vs the residential arm of the company, we’ll try & get him back.
