I had an inspection done on my house in Stanmore yesterday the 30/5/25 by Ben Goodsell.He was very professional in his work and a problem he found was clearly explained in terms that I was able to understand and what I would have to do to fix the problem as a lay person.I would recommend Ben to anyone for an inspection and hope he is available for my annual inspection again next year.

We had a fantastic experience with Jack from Flick Pest Control this morning. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with—friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Jack was thorough with the pest control service, making sure everything was done properly and explained clearly. We are on the monthly subscription plan, which has been great value for us. We had a good experience with this company yesterday, where they showed us they were a very ethical business. We called them urgently to look at some termites that we discovered. When they found out that we had previously installed a chemical barrier with another company they told us we were better off calling the company who did the barrier as it would be under warranty. Besides this they offered decent advice and I would recommend them to others.

Matthew and his off sider Simon have completed a pest treatment of the common areas and individual apartments of our building today. They arrived on time, worked well and quickly asked about any particular issues to deal with, were responsive to issues, courteous and obliging. Matthew seemed very knowledgeable about pest treatments. We were very impressed and happy with the service today.

I had a pest control appointment with Flick, and Sam, the technician who handled the service, did an excellent job. His customer service skills went beyond just the technical work—he explained everything clearly, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to address all my concerns. Last week we had our annual inspection by Flick Port Macquarie. This time a technician we hadn't met before showed up. His name was Tighe. What a terrific young man. He was polite, friendly, and quite happy to explain any aspect of the job to us. He appeared very professional and efficient at his job. We feel very comfortable having Flick and Tighe look after our home.

Gary O was great and explained everything nice and clearly and took the time to make my dog feel comfortable before he did the work in the house. Would highly recommend!

We had a scare with a new property that showed pest damage that wasn't in the building and pest report we had done before contract exchange. Flick Canberra were able to get someone out to us very quickly, and Ben was very helpful in giving the house and garden a thorough inspection, allaying fears of a major structural issue. He mapped out a management plan for us, was extremely courteous and communicated clearly. Very happy with the service from Ben.

After discovering the smell of something dead in our roof space (which we couldn't find ourselves) we made an appointment with Flick Canberra for someone to come and help us locate the source. Our technician Jake came the next day. He called ahead and was on time. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to get into our awkward roof space to find the dead rat. He found and extracted the dead rat and gave us tips on how to stop them getting into the space. Access was difficult and Jake did a fantastic job. We wouldn't hesitate to get him back if we require any pest control or advice in the future.
