Pests and more specifically rats are becoming a problem as COVID-19 shuts down their food supply across Australia. We have seen a increase number of pests during the daylight hours since restaurants and cafes have shut down due to the essential services restrictions. Usually rats and pests feed off the garbage left out for collection at night but now they’re fighting over scraps during daylight. Numbers have reportedly doubled in some capital cities.
