He is also very friendly and approachable, takes the time to listen to our concerns, and addresses them thoroughly. I have been with Flick Pest Control in Sydney for the past five years, and I can honestly say their service has consistently given me real peace of mind. I am on their Silver Plan, and it truly lives up to its name. Whenever there has been an issue, their response time has been quick and their customer service team has always been supportive and helpful.

Recently, I had an internal and external service carried out. While I was not completely satisfied with part of the previous external work, I contacted their office and explained my concerns. Without any hesitation, they promptly arranged for another technician to revisit and carry out the external spray again.

Scott P. attended along with another technician, and I was genuinely impressed. I have a double-storey home, and Scott was professional, cooperative, and thorough. We had Ben G come out to do an ant/termite inspection and general spray. He went above and beyond what I expected.
He literally spent over an hour and a half showing us and letting us know every step of the way.
We get our home sprayed every 2 years or less and this is the first time I can say I was more than happy to pay for the work done.
