Anticimex continues to expand in the New Zealand market

Pressrelease 02-07-2018 Anticimex Group is proud to announce our continued expansion in their New Zealand market with the acquisition of two pest control companies based in Palmerston North: NZ Pest Management and Bug Busters Manawatu.

Bug Busters Manawatu, run by owner and technician, Ian Jensen, delivers quality residential and commercial pest control services to Wellington residents, while NZ Pest Management led by Paul Blumenthal is a key commercial pest control provider in the Wellington area.

The two businesses will merge with our existing Wellington branch as part of our strategy to expand in the New Zealand market. With the addition of NZ Pest Management and Bug Busters Manawatu, the Anticimex group has made a total of four acquisitions in the past six months in Australia and New Zealand. Anticimex Group is very proud to merge with NZ Pest Management and Bug Busters Manawatu and look for further growth opportunities in surrounding regions.

Commenting on today’s announcement, Alex Andrievski, Country General Manager of New Zealand:

“These two acquisitions complement our existing NZ operations by enhancing our service capability and density in the central North Island, which ensures consistent and quality service delivery to all existing and future clients in these areas.

Furthermore, Ian and Paul bring a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, and create the perfect mix of residential and commercial pest management expertise that strengthens Flick Anticimex position as leading pest management provider in the region.”
