Two new acquisitions for Anticimex Group in South Islands and Hawkes Bay regions

Continuing the expansion in the New Zealand market, the Anticimex Group has proudly acquired two pest control businesses: BioSsol Ltd and Big John’s Ltd in the South Islands and Hawkes Bay regions, respectively.

BioSsol is a commercial pest control company based in Christchurch and Big John’s Pest Control & Household Services is primarily a business-to-consumer pest control and household cleaning provider based in Napier. The acquisition of BioSsol further solidifies our competitive stance in the pest control market while the acquisition of Big John’s strengthens our existing residential customer base and expand our reach in the residential.

As of the end of July 2018, the Anticimex Group has a total of six acquired businesses in Australia and New Zealand. The Anticimex Group looks forward to future growth opportunities and asserting ourselves as leaders in the pest control industry.
