Having lived in our property for 13 years which is in a suburb with a high incidence of termite activity I booked an inspection. When you think about it , it is in Flicks best interest to find termite activity to get additional business so they are going to look pretty hard to find it. So it seemed a good idea.
Our inspector-Mark Panzera - texted that he was on his way. A very pleasant polite guy and very well presented. He gave me a run down of what the inspection involved. He asked me if I had any areas of concern and we examined those first before conducting the full inspection of the property. All up he was here for around 2 hours. I was able to get on with my life whilst he did his thing. Given the equipment he bought with him I have every confidence in the results of the inspection. Fortunately he was able to report that there was no evidence of termite activity in the house. He gave me some advice on things I could do on the outside of the house to help prevent termites coming in and what to look out for. The cost of the inspection is relative as how does one value peace of mind that all is well. Thanks Mark and Flick
