This is our third year with Flick and our third year of exceptional technicians, last year Cohen and Mark Newman, both so good at their job and the friendliest people making such a stressful time easy for us (we do miss Cohen) but are very happy with Mark Newman for the second year,.Thank you to Cohen for his past expertise and Mark this year, I only return to Flick because of the technicians and the lovely organised girl I spoke to on Friday to remind me of the upcoming treatmentThey need a bit of work in their office operators area, blaming everything on a new computer system for months on end is not good enough, with such great technicians and product to keep these people Flick you need to employ office staff that are professional and organised otherwise they will leave like Cohen did sadly.I would definitely recommend Flick and give their operators and product and person I spoke to Friday 5 stars

He reached out to text the time he would arrive well in advance, was on time, very thorough with the job, identified potential problem areas and investigated them in more detail. He took the trouble to explain concerns areas and what he was investigating - it was a relief when further investigation revealed that that was nothing serious to worry about.All in all it was a pleasure to engage with Mark. I had my inspection and refill done today, I was shocked at the price hike from 3 years ago when I booked the service. I was hesitant to go ahead, the top-up fee was hefty.There should be a loyalty discount for long-term customers, in good faith to show appreciation.
