Mark Panzera did my most recent termite inspection and I have to say he was very thorough.He pointed out things that have never been shown to me before.Like that the hot water system has a valve that drips back onto the house which causes moisture which attracts termites, he suggested I cut a length of hose to put onto outlet to lead the drip away from home and other tips.He has a very good customer service manner.I mention how good he was at his job at the end and it was only then he gave me the review card.He almost left without giving it to me.

To say my expectations have been exceeded is a large understatement thanks to the outstanding service received by technician Mark Panzera. I’ve been battling the most appalling display of neglect from both Property Management and their incompetent circus of pest control due to a six month infestation of pests/parasites. Despite my persistence and pleas for help, a few brief visits from a careless guy with a can of ‘chemicals’, and much belittling, Mark showed up as both a consummate professional and an understanding, decent human being.
