Our yearly termite inspection was due. We were greeted by Ben the technician. From the start Ben was very polite, personable and professional. He explained everything he was doing showing photos along the way. Before he finished he made sure everything was tidy and closed under the house. We had a concern to which Ben took to management and the outcome was very pleasing. We feel that Ben is an absolute credit to the Flick team.

Vikash has been providing services to our home for several years, and his work has consistently been extremely professional. He is also very friendly and approachable, takes the time to listen to our concerns, and addresses them thoroughly. We have occasionally experienced pest issues mid-year, and he has always been readily available to provide prompt spot treatments whenever required.

I have been with Flick Pest Control in Sydney for the past five years, and I can honestly say their service has consistently given me real peace of mind. I am on their Silver Plan, and it truly lives up to its name. Whenever there has been an issue, their response time has been quick and their customer service team has always been supportive and helpful.

Recently, I had an internal and external service carried out. While I was not completely satisfied with part of the previous external work, I contacted their office and explained my concerns. Without any hesitation, they promptly arranged for another technician to revisit and carry out the external spray again.

Scott P. attended along with another technician, and I was genuinely impressed. I have a double-storey home, and Scott was professional, cooperative, and thorough. He carefully addressed all the areas I raised and made sure to cover anything that had been missed previously. He was courteous, attentive, and clearly takes pride in doing his job properly.

We had Ben G come out to do an ant/termite inspection and general spray. He went above and beyond what I expected.
He literally spent over an hour and a half showing us and letting us know every step of the way.
We get our home sprayed every 2 years or less and this is the first time I can say I was more than happy to pay for the work done.
Also a genuine friendly respectful person.
