How do I enter the draw?
Register your interest for a residential pest control service with Flick at Henty Machinery Field Days from September 22 6:00am until September 24, 2026 at 10:00pm. You’ll then automatically go into the draw. Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
Who can enter?
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
How many times can I enter?
Each person can only enter once.
When will winners be announced?
Winners will be drawn at random on September 30th, 2026 at 2:00 pm AEST. The winner will be contacted within seven (7) business days of the draw.
How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners will be contacted by telephone and announced on our Flick Pest Controls Wodonga Facebook page.
How will I receive my prize?
Our team will contact the winner to set-up and activate your 12 month Flick Home Protection package.
Terms & Conditions
1. SCHEDULE
Promotion title: Win 12 Months of Flick Home Protection (Promotion)
Promoter: Flick Anticimex Pty Ltd (Promotor) ABN 85 000 059 665 of Unit 9, 145 Arthur Street, Homebush West NSW 2140.
Promotional Period: The promotion commences on 22.9.2026 at 6:00am AEST and closes on 24.9.2026 at 10:00pm AEST.
Eligible entrants: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Flick Anticimex and immediate family members, distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
- To enter, eligible entrants must register their interest in Residential Pest Control services with Flick Pest Control at the Henty Machinery Field Days during the Promotional Period.
- Each eligible registration will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.
- No additional entry fee is required.
- By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
PRIZES
a) There is one (1) prize to be won.
b) The total prize value is AUD $935.
c) The prize consists of:
- One (1) Flick Pest Control Gold Home Protection service package valued at $935. For a residential property only.
d) The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
e) If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
a) The winner will be contacted by telephone within seven (7) business days of the draw.
b) The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on the Promoter’s social media platforms.
CLAIMING PRIZES
Potential winners have one (1) month from the date of notification to claim the prize by telephone conversation. Where a potential winner does not claim the prize within the one (1) month of being notified the prize will be forfeited. All potential winners are subject to verification by Promoter, whose decisions are final. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until that entrant’s eligibility and compliance with all Terms and Conditions has been verified and confirmed by the Promoter.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES
In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to contact attempts within the specified time, refuses the prize, or if a prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified without further notice and the prize will be redrawn on 23/10/2026 at 2:00pm AEDT at the Promoter’s premises located at 4 Brough Street, Springvale, VIC 3171 from all remaining eligible entries. Alternate potential winners will be contacted by telephone within seven (7) days of the alternate draw date and will have one (1) month from the date of notification to claim the prize by responding over telephone.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
- The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.
PRIVACY
a) Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion, contact entrants regarding their entry, and conduct sales and customer follow-up activities.
b) Entrants may also receive marketing communications from Flick Pest Control where they have consented to receive them.

EXCLUSIONS
Employees of Flick Anticimex and immediate family members, distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible.
CANCELATIONS
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Australia.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of them.
2.2 The Promotion commences on 22.9.2026 at6:00am AEST and closes on 24.9.2026 at 10:00pm AEST (Promotion Period). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
2.3 Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotion Period.
2.4 No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion.
2.5 Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation – 3 – benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
2.6 A random draw will be conducted on 30/09/2026 at 2:00pm AEST at the Promoter’s premises located at 4 Brough Street, Springvale, VIC 3171
2.7 All potential prize winners are subject to verification by Promoter, whose decisions are final. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until that entrant’s eligibility and compliance with all Terms and Conditions has been verified and confirmed by the Promoter.

2.9 Alternate potential winners will be contacted by phone within seven (7) days of the alternate draw date and will have one (1) month from the date of notification to claim the prize by responding to the email notification.
2.11 No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize, or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
2.12 If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any directions of a regulatory authority.
2.13 The prize will be awarded to the person named in the registration and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
2.14 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies (or purports to limit, exclude or modify) any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty, the exclusion of which from these Terms and Conditions would contravene any statute or cause any part of these Terms and Conditions to be void (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Promoter excludes from these Terms and Conditions all conditions, warranties, and terms implied by statute, general law or custom.
2.15 Subject to any Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation).

2.18 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant’s details (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter’s discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
2.19 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. In the event, that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.
2.20 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
2.21 Entrant’s personal information will be collected by the Promoter. The Promoter may use the information for future marketing purposes regarding their services, including contacting the entrant electronically. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which is located at https://www.flick.com.au/privacy/.
2.22 If permission is given, the first name and the suburb of the winner will be published on the Facebook page of Flick Pest Control – Wondonga within 30 days of the draw.
2.23 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Australian State or Territory in which the entrant resides.
