Zac removed a live bird from my wall cavity! I am so grateful to Zac from Flick Canberra who responded quickly, thoughtfully and professionally to my request to have a live bird, stuck in my wall cavity, removed humanely. He worked out exactly where the bird was and cut a very small hole in the wall board, using his jacket to carefully catch the bird and set it free outside. He even sent me a photo of him and the bird! I have also included photos of the small hole he cut to show how well he was able to pinpoint the bird’s precise location in the wall cavity. After discovering the smell of something dead in our roof space (which we couldn't find ourselves) we made an appointment with Flick Canberra for someone to come and help us locate the source. Our technician Jake came the next day. He called ahead and was on time. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to get into our awkward roof space to find the dead rat. He found and extracted the dead rat and gave us tips on how to stop them getting into the space. Access was difficult and Jake did a fantastic job. We wouldn't hesitate to get him back if we require any pest control or advice in the future.
